Last week, we heard a unique speech from Dr. David Luchins, a long time senior advisor to the late Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-NY) and Chair of the Political Science Department at Touro College since 1978. Dr. Luchins - culling from his extensive experience and scholarship - delivered an engaging, wide-ranging and insightful speech “Shifting Sands: What the Turmoil in Egypt Means for the Rest of the World.”
