On Monday we went to Neot Kedumim where we learned about Israel's water supply and the importance of every drop.
We also acquired some new skills such as sheep-herding.
We had the opportunity to see the different types of sukka mentioned in the Mishna.
We ate carobs and then used their seeds to find the smallest measuring unit.
We made besamim from haddasim, and were also fortunate to be able to taste some date honey!
It was a great start to Bein Hazmanim!
