Some of our students were invited to the Knesset last week to participate in a Pre-Yerushalayim event. The event, sponsored by MK Rabbi Haim Amsellem, was intended to raise awareness of the value of Yerushalayim not only politically and historically but also from the Torah. Speakers from across the political spectrum took part in the event as the city was gearing up for the 45th anniversary of its modern reunification.
One of the speakers was our very own Shani Taragin who delivered a shiur in the Knesset entitled, "Yerushalayim: A City of Two Tales."
