We are thrilled to announce that SFW will be welcoming a new Eym Bayit for the start of the 5772 (2011-2012) school year: Mim Schwedel!
Mim is a beloved alumnus and teacher at SFW: she attended SFW for the 2006-2007 school year and returned to SFW during night seder for the last 3 years.
We are excited to welcome Mim to SFW where she will live with her husband Danny and son Avraham Tzvi!
As we welcome, Mim and her family to Sha’alvim, we say farewell to our current, wonderful Eym Bayit, Chani Kupinsky. Chani was a madricha at SFW during our first year (2005-2006) and, after she got married, she and her husband Dov became our Eym and Av Bayit. Chani has been a beloved fixture at SFW for the last 4 years. Their two children, Tzvi and Shira, were born at SFW! We, like Tzvi and Shira, have grown at SFW with Chani’s trademark laughter, huge heart and infectious smile! We will miss Chani and her family and wish her much hatzlacha!
